Community

Looking back on my own journey as a clinician, I realize that the moments that shaped me most weren't the ones where someone simply gave me an answer. They were the conversations with mentors who approached me with curiosity rather than judgment—who encouraged me to slow down, explore with curiosity, and trust that understanding often emerges when we're willing to stay present with uncertainty.

As someone who began my career in the nonprofit sector, I also know how difficult it can be to create space for that kind of reflection. When you're balancing full caseloads, limited resources, and the needs of others, slowing down can feel almost impossible. Yet I've found that it's often in those moments of curiosity, compassion, and reflection that our deepest learning—and some of the most meaningful growth for our clients—begins.

I'm deeply grateful for the mentors who generously shared their knowledge and walked alongside me with patience and compassion. Their guidance shaped not only the clinician I am today but also how I hope to support others. This community is my way of carrying that spirit forward—a place where we can pause, reflect, explore, and continue learning together.
